Our service assumes you have a single Intuit account you use to access your company file(s). However, for customers that have multiple Intuit accounts and want to convert different files immediately, in order to use our service it is recommended to do the following:
1). Exit the service by going to the main menu > Exit the service
2). You will land on the Connect to QuickBooks page.
3). Clear out your browser cache and select all time/all history (this deletes your cached Intuit account data) and then close out of your browser.
4). Access the exportmybooks.com site again
5). Click Get Started on the main page
6). Click on the Intuit Sign in with Intuit button to log into our service with a different Intuit account
