In order to use your converted file in QuickBooks Desktop hosted by Right Networks, you'll need to download or copy the backup file over to the Right Networks-hosted computer and restore the file there. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1) Download the backup file directly to the Right Networks-hosted computer
On the Right Networks-hosted computer, log in to EMB from the browser and click on the "Download" button. This will open a window which displays the password needed to restore the file and a "Save File" button. Copy the password so that you can paste it into QuickBooks once prompted. Click the "Save File" button to download the file to the Right Networks computer. Then follow these instructions to restore the file in QuickBooks Desktop.
Option 2) Use the Right Networks File Manager
Download the converted file to your (non-hosted) computer. Follow these instructions provided by Right Networks to move the downloaded file to the Right Networks-hosted computer using the File Manager. Then follow these instructions to restore the file in QuickBooks Desktop.
